Wow, was this easy and convenient! This was a million times better than making an appointment with my regular doctor for some time in the future, driving there, dealing with the waiting room, sitting on the table with the butcher paper... instead i just logged in, picked a doctor from the list and got connected in seconds.
I love this app. My doctors office is 40 minutes away. I saw Dr. Marino in the convenience of my own home. Dr. Marino was very patient and instructed me on what over-the-counter medicines to use for my sinus infection in addition to calling in my anabiotic. I will definitely use this app again and hopefully Dr. Marino will be available.
I was worried it would be awkward, but my Dr. Gerri Davis was friendly, knowledgeable, and good at communicating.
This is perfect for when you know what is wrong and do not want to pay ER visit or too sick to get out of bed.
Easy to use, quick registration and connection, prompt customer service for insurance questions, in-network coverage, very short wait, kind and knowledgeable and comprehensive Doctor. And peace of mind! Instant and wonderful. Didnt have to brave the cold winter or the flu-ridden urgent care clinic.
After the recent snowfall with a layer of ice underneath. The only thing I want to do was go to cvs to pick up rx not brave streets to go to doctor. This app helped me out quite a bit.
Some bad moments
Cost me 50 bucks for the lady to tell me to keep doing what I already am doing. Not worth it at all!

I have tried and tried but the app will not work and the only thing support can tell me is to delete the app and reinstall it. After doing that 3 times it still does not work.
I thought Id try the live dr app for a prescription for Streep. After a few questions and a picture of my throat the doctor stated it wasnt Streep and PRESCRIBED steroids for something.. not really clear. Confusing after care report made little sense. I took the steroids yet remained in pain. Finally went in and saw a real doctor. Within 10 minutes I walked out with a confirmation of MY own original diagnosis of STREEP! wasted $49 and days of suffering. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
This was super easy. Signed up in no time at all. Then got to see the doctor and prescription called in right away. Now I can finally get some relief from my sinus infection. All it cost me a co pay for doctor visit and I did not even have to spend time and gas going to doctor office. Less than 10 minutes and doctor visit done from the comfort of my home. I was going to go see my doctor but cant get an appointment till December. 1st, so I opted to give this a chance first. I will be doing my doctor visits this way quite often. Love it!
Tried to use this for past 24hrs+. Keep getting "no providers available at this time". I cant get in with PCP til next week. Really looked forward to using service but now Im off to Minute Clinic.
