The theory behind this service is great, however there was a $49 upfront co-pay (pre-insurance) for video chatting with a doctor. Of course, this was not part of the information that "sells" this app. So for some, like me with a $20 co-pay, it may make more sense to wait and see a Primary care Doctor.
