Great concept, app seldom works

This is a great idea that I would like to use more often. However, only one out of my four attempts to use this app has actually worked. The others have been thwarted for various reasons - lost signal mid visit, cant verify insurance (even though it did before), and the genetic "system has encountered a problem". Its very frustrating.
