After repeated attempts, I finally called Tech Support (phone number in More - About), and they suggested I turn off Wireless on my iPhone and just connect over cellular data. But first, they said u install and reinstall. Not sure why, but it worked. Other than that, the app was fine though I had to enter all my payment info again. Fix the connection issues and it will be a great tool.
