The app was easy to use and Dr. Horner is great.

Much easier than waiting for the clinic for simple stuff.

The doctor interaction and care was great. I really think its a good alternative. The only problem that prevented 5 stars is that the app didnt authenticate my insurance online.

Cost me 50 bucks for the lady to tell me to keep doing what I already am doing. Not worth it at all!

I suffered through a sinus infection for 2 weeks and probably would have continued waiting instead of going to the doctor or walk in clinic. This was great. Met with a doctor while at home. Got everything taken care of and got some useful info. It was super convenient and simple.

I recently moved out of state and away from my primary care provider and have yet to find a new primary care in my new home. This app has allowed me to continue care with my current provider and is so convenient to use, its awesome!

Dr. Wallace was a great provider. Thorough, professional and quick! I recommend this to anyone who hates long wait times for appointments.

I have been educating people about LHOL for awhile due to my work in healthcare insurance but had yet a reason to use it myself. I had my first visit with a nutritionist today. The question at the end, "where would you have gone if you didnt use LHOL?" made me realize - no where. I would never have made a visit to see a nutritionist. So not only does LHOL provide affordable, convenient choices that I believe will really help in the overall cost of medical services - it also gives me access to doctors And services I would otherwise never use.

So easy & convenient, especially when limited on time/transportation. My visit proved to be very helpful.

This was the most convenient way to see a doctor for minor colds/sinus infection. Didnt have to drag my feverish body to Minute Clinic or my doctors office which was closed today on top of that. Recommend this everyone.

The process was fast and simple. I waited less then 2 minutes to see a doctor too so that was amazing He sent my prescriptions to my trusted drug store.

I have tried and tried but the app will not work and the only thing support can tell me is to delete the app and reinstall it. After doing that 3 times it still does not work.

Had telemedicine before so this was familiar to me. Way more convenient and cheaper than my local urgent care
