I have been trying for almost 2 hours now to see a dr. When its my turn either the doctor never gets past " reviewing my file" thats been twice now or when it tells me its my turn and its starts to go online with the Doctor there is a sever issue, thats happened 5 times now! Oh wait twice I was transferred to a different Doctor then I picked by the doctor I picked. Just go to urgent care much easier. Shouldnt have any starts but you have to give at least 1

No where is there a mention of email or phone number for support. I saw a doctor and had a question. No way to contact anybody!

I just came down with a common health problem that requires some antibiotics, but its Sunday afternoon, yuck! Anthem Blue across had emailed me about this app, so I gave it a try. Entered all my insurance info, looked at options for who I could talk to, chose someone, entered a bit of info about my condition and health history, selected a nearby pharmacy, and entered my credit card information. Within about 10 minutes I was talking to a doctor in her office, just like a normal visit. She helped me out, explained some stuff, and then I immediately got a report including all of her notes, and I should be able to pick up my prescription in about an hour. Hopefully that will work as intended! She gave me instructions on following up with her if I need to, though. Very cool! The "visit" me $49 and Im fine with that, considering how useful this was!

The whole process took me 10 minutes. The doctor was very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. The sent in the prescription with no problem.

Easy to navigate through Doctor was both personable and professional.. I was skeptical about online diagnosing but Ill definitely be back ddortt

After repeated attempts, I finally called Tech Support (phone number in More - About), and they suggested I turn off Wireless on my iPhone and just connect over cellular data. But first, they said u install and reinstall. Not sure why, but it worked. Other than that, the app was fine though I had to enter all my payment info again. Fix the connection issues and it will be a great tool.

Doesnt work. Just go to an urgent care. Youll be dead waiting on the dr.

This is a great concept, but until they can get the app to work, dont bother downloading it. Ive been trying to get in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes, but the app crashes about halfway through the in-take process. More frustrating than helpful!

To my surprise simplicity was realized. I signed up for the service sometime ago without knowing if I would ever need it or use it. While I imagined it to be too complicated to be useful, I discovered it was not only easy to use but amazingly effective. My son, five years old, woke me up last night due to pain in his leg and I intern was in a panic. One video chat later, the issue with quickly diagnosed by a friendly Dr. and my stress level came down exponentially. This app is now my go to after hours medical connection.

Within 15 minutes of signing in, I had my first dose of my script in my system. Amazing! It takes longer than that to drive to my regular doctors office...what a time saver!

Used the app two times and love it. Highly recommend it. No complaints. Doctor visit while at home.

So Anthem sent me email after email about how great this app would be. Loaded it on my phone & it tells me services not available in my state. Useless.

They say it takes a village to accomplish greatness, well it just got easier. When life stress hits its good to know WE have someone to talk to, face to face online. And not just any stranger, a certified Doctor Thank you for the easy to use/peace of mind application. BTW we love that we dont need to remember our password because of your recent update :)

Easy to register to use this app, didnt leave home, my Anthem insurance paid for the visit and I saved a ton of time!

I wouldnt have been seen if not for this app. Very simple account creation, and access to available doctors. I was seen, and prescription sent in, all within 30mins. All from the comfort of my couch. Very nice service

I tried to use the app twice tonight after it billed my credit card $98 (provider said shed credit my account back), the app crashed both times. It may be due to new iPhone update?!?! Hopefully, I receive my credit back.

I will admit, I was skeptical about using a virtual doctor service. However, when my husband was in so much pain from a gout attack that he couldnt even walk to the bathroom, we decided to give this a try. It was so simple! The account and app took less than five minutes to set up, we video chatted with a licensed doctor within minutes and he did an appointment with my husband from our living room. The doctor called in a prescription to the pharmacy down the street and within an hour his meds were ready to pick up. The next day, he was back at work! Today I wasnt feeling well so I tried it myself. I had some concerns at first because I have lupus and other health issues. But it was the same easy, simple, low stress experience for me too! I would highly recommend this to someone needing a doctor visit for common things like a cold, gout attack, etc

For the same cost as visiting my PCP, I was able to see a doc and get meds for a simple sinus infection without leaving my house and missing time from work. Aces!!
