My 11 year old son was seen at an urgent care days before New Years in Las Vegas. After 4 hours of waiting in a room full who knows what kind of cooties. My son was seen and treated. I asked if it was contagious, they said no and asked me to get back in line if I wanted to be seen separately (I was not about to wait 4 more hours). Concerned for we had a house full of guest, I left the urgent care. A week later I had the same ill symptoms my son had the previous week. My primary physician was on vacation, and I had to get better quick for I was about to start traveling for work (a cootie festival if you ask me). The LiveHealth Online physician confirmed my suspicion of having contracted what my son was seen for at the urgent care. Within minutes I received care by a board certified physician & treatment. LiveHealth Online helped me stop the cooties to my immediate family, work mates, and strangers. The concept is a phenomenal time saver. I am so grateful, and delighted to have used LiveHealth Online and the physician I picked to be seen by, Dr. DeHass, MUNCHAS GRACIAS!

Excellent quality care and super convenient when you need it. Getting ready to head out of town on business and was feeling really under the weather. I didnt have time to get in with my primary care physician or sit in a busy urgent care. Remembered hearing about this service I thought I would give it a try. I loved I could chose the physician I wanted to see. I was amazed at how quick from the registration to the consultation to picking up my meds was. This service is amazing and will definitely use again!

This is a great app to use! Saved me so much time and it was so easy to get to a doctor. Love it!

Cant get this app to work! It wont let me even sign up! Ive been trying for more than 10 hours It just says this service isnt working - oh really Seems like a good idea if it were working.

my first time using this service, and I am sold. for the same co-pay as if I had gone and sat in a waiting room - and then sat in an exam room - for hours, I was able to speak to a Dr and have a Rx called in and it took all of 2 minutes!! will definitely use this again!

This is the greatest thing ever!!! No one wants to go sit and wait at the dr office when they dont feel good. This is great especially when the kids are sick of course after doctor hours or on the weekend! In 30 minutes you can see a doctor and be home with your medicine!! Highly recommend this!

I just returned from a trip to Italy and brought a sinus infection back as a souvenir. My doctor was closed and so were the pharmacy clinics. It was about to go to urgent care when I remembered an email about this service from my health insurance. I downloaded the app, answered a few questions, spoke with a doctor and had a prescription for an antibiotic in under and hour. All from my house! I cant say enough about how awesome this service is!!!

No matter that I am meeting the stated password requirements, I get the same error message. Tried- but cant sign up. Very frustrating.

I just tried this for the first time. Had a rash on my face and my regular doctor only works two days a week now so thought I would try it since my insurance recommends it and covers it except copay. It was GREAT! Took less than five to ten minutes with Doctor and I was off to pharmacy getting prescription to get rid of the rash. Highly recommend this.

This is a pointless app if there are no health providers. I have logged in 6-7 times over the past few weeks. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the app says "no providers available at this time. Please check back soon."

No doctors available in NY under Blue Cross. Asks for insurance info and doesnt offer a service. Looks sketchy. Im going to uninstall right now.

I have been up all night with severe foot cramps. Thought I would use the app for advice for some relief. Got disconnected first four times. The ONE time that I almost connected with someone, I got as far as the video, then got disconnected again! Doctor left message "Go to an area with better connection". I am connected to Wi-fi with all bars up!!! I give up, this app is as frustrating as my foot right about now!

This app is a lifesaver. Without it, I would have either muddled through a sinus infection or spent hours at the doctors office hanging out with flu patients. Got my antibiotics, and starting to feel better. Dr. Wallace is great.

Ive tried to use this app five times during the past few months and have not been able to successfully log in. Each time I receive a different error and have reset my password 3 times which the system then doesnt recognize. This experience has been as frustrating as every other encounter Ive had with BCBS...

My daughter is 17 and burned her arm on a pizza tray at work. It was 9 PM and our doctor was not available. The pharmacist was no longer at the pharmacy and I could not remember the proper way to treat a serious burn. Within minutes we got online with my iPad and had Dr. Boxer looking at the wound, asking my daughter questions and giving us expert face-to-face advice. In about 15 minutes we were done and knew what to get at the pharmacy. Love this app!!!

Live Health Online is a great concept, very convenient; however, I cant get past filling out my information before this app crashes.

This app is great I have used it several times for common every day illness or infections. Today was a little disappointed because the app doesnt support iPhone 6s yet. Its a newer phone. The doctor was unable to see me using my phone.

Its 5am and I would like to use this app. Although the 24/7 service so that all the doctors are off line. Very helpful.

This is a great idea that I would like to use more often. However, only one out of my four attempts to use this app has actually worked. The others have been thwarted for various reasons - lost signal mid visit, cant verify insurance (even though it did before), and the genetic "system has encountered a problem". Its very frustrating.
